Our warehouse operates 5 days a week, and by default we dispatch all orders on the next working day. We carefully pack every order and aim to get it on its way as quickly as possible.

Track & trace on every order

Every order is shipped with track & trace. As soon as your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow your delivery. Please allow a little time for the first tracking update to appear.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your parcel and the destination. We always try to work with affordable logistics partners, but dependable delivery matters more to us than simply choosing the lowest price.

Free shipping over €100

Orders over €100 qualify for free shipping. Once your cart total reaches €100 or more, we cover the shipping costs for you.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands. This helps customers better estimate delivery times depending on their location and destination country.
